Orders placed from Sunday to Thursday, by 12 o'clock midnight are processed and sent within 24 working hours. It is not possible to amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. You must wait for the goods to arrive before returning them.

Products are normally delivered within 3 working days from the order dispatch date in Cairo, within 5-8 working days for all other cities in Egypt and within 8-12 working days for all other destinations worldwide.

All orders are processed automatically, so it is impossible to change the dispatch and delivery times. Carriers do not deliver on Fridays, or holidays; delivery times may incur delays during Egyptian holiday periods.

If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, we'll begin processing it the next working day. As soon as your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email. Please email us at info@blendgifts.com if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail.
